A Tribute To WWII And Korean War Veterans
An eye doctor in Delray beach Florida was returning from a late engagement. The doctor, Sam Bierstock, pulled up in a parking lot and an old veteran, the parking lot attendant said; "I took two bullets for my country, and look what I am doing".
Dr. Sam rolled down his window and said; "From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you". The old veteran began to cry, and Dr. Sam was so moved that he and his band recorded this musical tribute to all of the veterans of those wars, who are rapidly passing away.
Play "Before You Go" - Dedicated to Veterans of WWII and The Korean War
The WWII, Korean War, and Viet Nam Veterans
The WWII veterans fought the war and returned to rebuild a country that had been ravaged by the great depression. Without them this would be a vastly different country, and a far different world. They were truly the greatest generation.
The Korean War veterans suffered incredible hardships, terrible battles, loss of friends, physical wounds, and returned, not getting the recognition they deserved, as their war was labeled a police action.
Viet Nam Veterans have much in common with the Korean War veterans. In addition they were the most mistreated heroes we have ever had. No where in our history have valiant men been shown the dishonor these men received at the hands of a minority group of anti war protestors. There is a separate tribute to those veterans, which can be found on the web site.
No strangers, these brave men, they are fathers, grand fathers, and native sons. God bless them all.
Don't forget to say a prayer every night for the brave men defending our country from international terrorism. People who voluntarily put their lives on the line to defend our coutntry are our nations greatest resource, and the finest and best of us all. God Bless You, and God Bless The U.S.A.
